Juniors at Wadalba is a family-owned early education centre, providing a fun and nurturing environment for kids across the Central Coast. We are dedicated to teaching children the fundamental skills they need to continue their education into the future.
Our educators are enthusiastic, caring, and either qualified in or currently studying Early Childhood Education & Care. With all rooms staffed above ratio, we provide targeted assistance and attention to every child we teach.

With play-based programs for every child, we offer a holistic approach to early development for young children, from birth to 2 years. Learn more about our Purple Koalas room.
At ages 2–3, children benefit from an environment rich in language, enthusiasm, and ongoing support. Our Yellow Koalas are taught self-help and relationship skills to serve them into the future.
Our Green Wombats preschool room is designed for children aged 3–4, with intentional teaching, small group work, project work, and indoor/outdoor play. We foster social development and emotional intelligence.
We have a preschool room for children aged 4 to 5. Our educators provide an environment rich in literacy, numeracy, STEM, project work and leadership. Find out more about our Orange Wombats room.
Juniors Emotional Management
The foundation of our success at Juniors at Wadalba is our JEM (Juniors Emotional Management) program. Through this system, we teach your children the life skills needed to control their emotions, navigate friendships, and experience positive interactions with their peers.
Our educators pride themselves on helping pre-schoolers graduate and head to primary school with the skills needed to succeed. Ultimately, we believe in quality above profit, aiming to provide much-needed attention and care to the children in our classrooms. Our classes are always staffed above ratio for this reason.

My 13-year-old started preschool at Juniors the day they opened their doors in (year). The staff were always friendly, and I was very happy with the care given to my son who was cared for there until he started school. Fast forward 7 years and I had a new little one who needed care whilst I was at work, however, now I lived at Green Point and Wamberal is in the opposite direction to go to work. After doing some research and visiting some centres locally, I decided that Juniors at Wamberal was the only centre I felt comfortable to send my little girl. She has been there for the past year and has been in two different rooms.
All the staff are friendly and professional, the centre is still in amazing condition, and I feel very comfortable to drop her off there.

My son started at Juniors when it was first established 10 years ago.
He has the fondest memories of preschool. It is never easy as a parent leaving your children with strangers, but it never felt that way at Juniors. When I decided to have another child 12 years later there wasn’t even any thought of sending him anywhere else. From 6 months old I felt at ease knowing the same family operated, loving, caring daycare centre would be helping look after another one of my children.
